I received news from Hyundaimedia today. The good news is: the media is working properly with Pioneer DVR-108 firmware 1.14->1.18. The bad news is the media is no longer working with Pioneer DVR-108 latest firmware 1.19.
I contacted Pioneer about this issue, but got no answer yet (only 8 hours by now)... Hopefully they will release an update firmware about this problem. Don't hesitate to send them an email if you are having the same trouble!

we have checked with 108, and find that will be no problem on 108 f/w 1.16, 1.17 and 1.18 but will have problem on 108 f/w 1.19 which is the latest firmware from Pioneer. Hyundai dvd+r 8X was produced before f/w 1.19 is released. we don't have idea why our media is good for 1.18 but no more for 1.19.
May be you had to downgrade the fireware to use these media. Sorry about that.

But NO reliable disk burnt, i gave up after 13 copies.
