Excellent quality. Not a single coaster.
However, coaster/not coaster is not a reliable test.
So, testing with Plextor PX716A #0307 1.07 confirmed several independent tests: PI under 10-15, PO under 2.
According to some german magazines, they also last "forever" (in their case, at least 3 simulated years).
Not so good results (but, hey, still very goods, PI under 50, PO under 3) with NEC ND1300A 1.05.
So I've bought "a few". I do not trust very well the new 8x and especially the brand new 16x.
