More PI than CMC MAG E01 which is the best media I've found for this drive but PIF is better and indeed extremely small. Still this is a very good choice for this drive. Newer 16x media does not do nearly as well.

I had received 4x 50 pack bundles for favors. I had learned that these disk do seem to burn proplerly, but when playing video files on many DVD players, the files will be very choppy, scratchy and distorted. I had checked the codecs to make sure my player would be compatible with the formats, and the burning proccess went fine. About 1 out of evey five disk had the same problem, so I burnt onto a better cheeper brand and everything was fine. My advice is Sony really sucks, don't buy it.

This media is some of the best I have used. My DVD player is an older model (JVC-501BK) which is very picky about dvd media. This Yuden000T02 reads fine burning at 8x. The only other disc which reads on my JVC when burned at 8x is Ricoh JPNR02 03h from Ridata. The list of discs which skip and freeze on my JVC are numerous: Ridata 16x (Ritek04 01h), Fujifilm 8X (Ritek03 02h), Memorex 4x (Ricoh JPNR01 02h), Memorex 4x (CMC MAG F01), TDK 8x (CMC MAG E01 00h), Masxell 8X (Maxell 002 00h), Staples 8x (CMC MAG E01 00h). I am going to stock up on these discs. I hope this info is useful to others. Websites like this have helped me out so much...Thanks to those who post info!
