These discs are far superior than 95% of the others out there. TRUE TRUE TRUE. IF you can get ahold of the 8X rather than the 4X you will have the best, most reliable and deepest darkest metal azo dye available for archiving. Few can out perform these!

When recorded on 2 hour mode with my Lite-on LVW-5007, it will skip forward one-two minutes then begin play on my Panasonic HT-SA80 DVD player/surround sound system (annoying). When recorded in 3-hour mode, it skips and the picture is jittery on the Panasonic.

Beautiful disc that looks like a reel of film. These are MCC 002 discs. Excellent picture and sound quality recorded material. They actually burn at 4x on my NEC ND-1100A. Got these at Best Buy for $16.99/25 (price matched to Circuit City for same media). Best Buy had them for $17.99.
