Video Thumbnails Maker by Scorp allows you to make thumbnails (caps, previews) of video files. The utility can be used for home-video cataloging and for network video sharing support. Supports of the batch processing of videofiles. Supports of practically any videos-formats (even MP4, MKV, MOV, QT, FLV, SWF, RM if you have appropriate codecs). Full version costs from $10. Requires .NET 4.8 framework.

new: The "One Level Down" checkbox in the Environment window and the Quick Settings panel.
When enabled, VTM saves output files in a folder created next to the video (if no custom folder name is set, the video filename will be used as the folder name). The default value is OFF.
new: The "One Level Down Folder" section in the Environment window and the Quick Settings panel.
You can specify a Custom folder to store files for the "One Level Down" feature. The default value is OFF.
new: You can override the screen resolution in the Options -> Miscellaneous window. This is useful for systems without monitors, or when monitors are in Sleep, Standby, or Power Saving modes - anything that could interfere with current screen resolution detection.
new: Command Line Interface flag: /separate. This acts as the CLI equivalent to the "Save each frame capture as a separate output file" setting.
changed: The maximum number of X and Y Tiles in the Options has been increased for the 64-bit version of the program.

special note: If you use Pictures Thumbnails Maker (PTM), you may want to install its latest version as well, because PTM uses its own instance of the Viewer. Windows launches the Viewer from the location where the latest PTM or VTM launch occurred.

Update after version 14.0.0, the bitrate of the video is incorrect. For example, JAV is usually 5744+256, and now version 18.0.0 shows 5737+255. I hope it can display data like mediainfo.
