Does bitsetting to single layer Verbatim DVD+RW on my NEC ND2500A, with Herrie's modified firmware 2k5107v2b5dl, by either changing it after the disk is written to, or with the correct writing tool (e.g. ImageTool 1.1.5) by using the drive default booktype of DVDROM when writing to the disk. No fuss and no bother and this after I couldn't get DVDInfoPro to do the same without crashing my PC.

It works with Ricoh drives only (and their clones)!!!

It was a nice tool until NicW came out with DVDInfo PRO (in August, 2003) that can bitset on all capable DVD writers (Ricoh, Benq, Nu-Tech,...,eventhe dual NEC1300!) and can set ANY booktype on plus media.

I'm surprised that I see it as a "New tool" now...
