- removed Slow 1st pass selection, because svt-av1 always uses Fast 1st pass mode (and it's not configurable)
- removed manual "Create stat file" switch (stat file is made for 1st pass execution only)
- workarounds for some svt-av1 problems (less crash)
- added temporary svt-av1 limitation (to avoid hang up): --irefresh-type is always 2 (IDR, Closed GOP)
