I installed Hybrid Deinterlace for Windows, and get message : "The code execution cannot proceed because icu.DLL was not found..." What can be the reason why this file is not installed? I find files with name icuuc.DLL on the installation folder.

Remember the days when setup exe. file installers were beautifully written to be small? Why is it when things advance they get massively bigger like this software, but I blame Windows just as much. Small is beautiful e.g use any FFMEG GUI with a reasonably sized FFMEG build, not this bloatware which to be fair is still better than many of the proggies made for dummies e.g Crapbrake. Overcomplicated, unnecessary size, but I suppose you could go the Linux version and lose out. Staxrip I believe is another which has gone a big size when that used to be 10mb or so. Enough of my rants. I thought TMPGenc installer was a bad size!😉

Not easy to learn. Spent many hours studying it only to find it deleted my source file when I thought I was good enough to go. Back to 'easy' Staxrip for me!
