It is possible to turn this player into a multi-region player with the same remote code as other Seiki players. - Push the "setup" button and then hit 8 5 2 0 on the remote's number pad. This will bring up the factory settings for DVD and Blu-ray region coding. - For DVD, it may already be showing "0" (indicating all regions) but if not, you can enter "0" on the remote to change it. - For Blu-ray, there is no option for "all regions", so you'd have to change it every time you want to play a disc from a different region. Enter "1" for Region A, "2" for Region B, and "4" for Region C. The last selection will remain until a new selection is entered, so if you want to solely use this machine for Region B discs, the Region B setting for Blu-ray coding will remain until it is changed. | |||
