My DVD was set to region 4 (Australia) and wouldn't play my American DVDs. However, I found out that this DVD recorder is the same as the LG RH-7521, just with a different brand name and after I applied the following hack using the remote control, all of my DVDs from whatever region work fine: Press Setup Scroll to Lock Press 0 (7 times) A message will appear saying: "Congratulations - your DVD is now region free". | |||
