METHOD : 1. Turn the player on. 2. When the Akai logo appears, use the remote control and press Open/Close. 3. Keep the tray open and key in the following on the remote control: 3, 3, 0, 8. 4. The TV should display XXXX in the top left hand corner. 5. Type in the value of 00 for region free or 01 for region 1 etc. 6. Press Open/Close on the remote control. 7. Turn the player off and back on again. | |||
