Totally useless program(s) OLD & NEW!
Seller did not offer to fix or resolve, would not return fees.
Cheap $5 for software. PayPal does not reimburse on this type of transaction.
Seller scams alot of people for $5 and no one gets their money back!
BEWARE. Sounds too good to be true - probably is.
