Ditto to previous comments. If you have the Hauppauge HD PVR 1212, this is the only reliable cutter/joiner out there. It is super fast at cutting commercials and remuxing a new commercial-free file. I have used it to edit both M2TS and TS files. It would have earned a 10, but subtracted 1 point for not being able to cut frame by frame and 1 for video scrubber not having a high degree of accuracy/smoothness as you jog through the video file to find your cut points. |
