This is an outstanding tool for directly editing DVD subtitles.
I wish people would stop complaining that they wish the developer would expand it to edit Blu-ray subs. Blu-ray videos and subtitles are encoded using completely different formats from DVDs, so "expanding" this tool to work with them would mean completely re-writing the software.
There are already other perfectly good tools for editing Blu-ray subs, so there's not much incentive for this developer to re-write this one, since it's free software. |
