@nooneinpart, it's Freeware/Trialware (Free download but some features are limited to pro/premium version )
Also 50 bucks for a really usefully time saver software with good support from the developer it's a catch! ( specially if you have many files to deal with like me )
I don't change my computer's hardware often, so for me it's far better than a subscribe monthly service that costs 10x in just one year.

Upon trying to convert SRT files to LRC, it managed to do 1 file before asking for an upgrade. It now costs $49.99 for the Standard Version according to their website for a license which "never expires until hardware/device is changed," implying that you must buy another license if you ever upgrade your computer. I'd argue this hardly counts as Freeware if it can't even do what its name implies without purchasing a $49.99 license tied to your computer's hardware. I am also suspicious of all the 10/10 ratings with absolutely no comments.
