Description:
 VideoCull is a free open-source Windows application for reviewing, sorting and deduplicating large local video collections. It generates multiple thumbnail frames from each video so users can quickly see what files contain without opening them individually, with Keep/Delete/Skip review workflows, built-in playback, metadata filtering and duplicate detection for both exact and visually similar copies such as re-encodes and lower-resolution versions. All processing is performed locally.
