Seems to burn fine but has errors past the 4 gig mark. These are unreadable. Avoid these like the plague

Every DVD that I burned, at 2X, despite its advertised 4X rate, had massive errors on it. One disc would cause both teh PC and teh DVD player to freeze. Stick with name brand DVD discs, you will save money in the long run.

It would not burn at 4x. Only at 2x. Otherwise no complaints, all the DVDs burned with no problems.

There should be a section for the percent of good burns. How about a 10% success rate for these and after buying Maxell's about 90% better than these for less money. I pay 35 bucks (plus tax) for 25 more Maxell's and I'm happy - I learned my lesson. Oh and I thought my discs WERE burning slightly bad at first until I realized all the ones I was SURE were good burns were NOT good at all. Near the end of all the movies it starts freezing and the picture breaks up. I found out (after researching) that the outer edges are the problem for some cheap ones and that's where the end of the movies are stored. So far I've never had a problem with the Maxell's and I'm scared to buy another brand.
