1) Power up NS-LTDVD19 using its remote control. 2) Press [INPUT] button until you get to DVD. 3) Eject any DVD. 4) Press [SETUP] button twice (you should now be on the -- Preference Page --). 5) Enter "1389" on your remote control's keypad (this will show your current region). 6) Use up and down arrows on remote control to set your region to 0. 4) Press [SETUP] button. 7) Power down using the NS-LTDVD19 remote control.
