There is a new version of this program availabe through retail stores. It is being sold as "Tsunami DVD Author" and the only difference from the downloaded version is that the AC3 encoder is built in !! Functionality is exactly the same, version number is slightly diffent. I bought this product from a online retailer for $45 shipped, which I understand is a introductory price to get a foot hold in the retail market. Seems to work great so far !!
