Nerovision Express 3 has the 'smart encode' option that won't re-encode already compliant files.. I recently captured from VHS using Virtualdub, and used TMPGEnc Plus to encode. 2 Hours of video, took 30 minutes to make an image file (I mount and play before I burn). Easy to make menus and chapters, great experience! Played fine on a standalone with great quality. |
