I have 4 problems with my registered version of Author as follows:
a, Program will not allow me to select DVD burn speed. Menu grayed out for speed.
b, When creating ISO files, the progress bar does not advance beyond 12 to 18%, varies with file size, and locks. Sometime the program completes the ISO file.
c, When creating ISO files, sometimes Author locks up my PC maybe at the point where the progress bar locks up.
d, Pegasys-inc support does not answer my emails on their forms.
