	Too bad this doesn't work better! First I found the interface rather clunky to use. Navigating within the video wasn't that easy. The controls work, but are limited. For instance the play/pause buttons are not the same meaning you need to quickly shift from one to the other, and the keyboard spacebar has no function, nor do the arrow keys. And one is limited to jump by frame, or 1 second (backwards and forwards). Unfortunately you cannot just hold down the frame key to advance smoothly. You need to punch it repeatedly to move. Ouch after a while! But for me this ap is done in by the poor quality of cuts! As in the previous review unless you happen to select an I frame the cut will have distortion and artifact. Since you cannot identify those frames the whole process is just random. I hope the tool is eventually refined and improved. Posted September 23, 2009 by 201flyer. 	I found that if I cut on anything other than an I-frame I get artifacts at the cut point when played. Otherwise the app is an easy to use cutter that doesn't reencode if all files have matching dimensions, framerates and audio. Posted March 28, 2009 by mel2000. 	I've only used once as an experiment so far, but looking the best simple free tool I've tried for basic edit (top and tail, and remove adverts) of recorded TV. Worked for me straight out of the box, edit capabilities intuitive and effective, and final creation of edited video fast. Thanks. Posted March 28, 2009 by todds1.
