um... whenever i go over to open FlaskMPEG.exe, it gives me this error: http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y68/ChibiBoi/FlaskMPEGerror.jpg

I had no problems with crashing. What I did have to do is go through and play with some of the settings to get the proper video output. Once I got the settings tweaked right, it worked perfectly. Not bad for free. If your using a previous version or a beta version I suggest switching. I got a great looking mpeg2 out of some .vob files I ripped. Try it. If your machine crashes on this version, you might have some other problem. Trust me; I'm a scientist. Hehe.

This program would crash over and over again. The 2 times out of 15 time I got it to work, it worked well. However, I had to re-install it to get it to function.

Every time I went to "Flask" the file, the program woud crash. Then it would forget what language it was supposed to be set at and I'd have to figure out the menu to set it back to English. I have a pretty stable system and work as a analyst, so deduction has to lead me to believe it is a program bug. I can't deride the author for their effort, because it's a free utility, but it needs work.

I was first exposed to flaskmpeg when I used Duplicant Pro. It was very fast, and it converted my vob files to vcd mpegs error free
