Works perfectly. My LPA-835 (Purchased from Cosco in Jan 08), now plays all region DVDs. Download the following file, burn to a CD-R, stick it in the player. An LG maintenance menu will pop up asking you to enter the new region code on the remote (0-6). Type '0' (this indicates region-free). The menu instructs you to hit pause to save the change. Eject the disc and turn your player off and on again. Simple as that. http://lgregionfree.tripod.com/2005/Hacks/5000.zip | |||
