Software: Lame MP3
User review: If I drop a WAV into lamp drop xp, it comes out as mp3. If I drop an mp3 into lame drop xp, it comes out as a WAV.
So it appears it wont do mp3 320kbps to mp3 128kbps? That's a bit daft.
