Great tool. Thanks alot to Jim. I have been searching for this tool for a very long time in order to "protect" my poor investment in Sony IPR5 using MicroMV.
I am using Pinancle video editing to view the converted MPEG files.
Microsoft Media Player does not for free support playing MPEG files -
"Because Microsoft Windows operating systems provide only an MPEG-1 video decoder, Windows Media Player cannot play MPEG-2 program streams without an additional MPEG-2 video decoder (also known as a DVD decoder pack) installed. A windows GUI would be very useful for a non-IT person as me.
