X264 still doesn't support encoding video to 10 bit again, which is a shame.
x265 supports encoding video to 10bit but some of the encoded videos still have frame failures.
If you don't mind having 2 jobs, use this software to encode in 8bit, it does well, and then use other software to encode x264 or x265 in 10bit. |
