The software crashes frequently.
The results are unpredictable, sometimes even within one season the picture quality degrades to SD.
The "support forum" consists of fanboys who, whenever you post the slightest critizism of the software, troll you down viciously. Apparently the forum's main purpose is to hail the godlike "devs". It's basically a religious cult, clearly neither customer service nor supportive.
Since October 2021 their mantra has been "Wait, wait, wait for a couple of more months. Somewhen the mighty developers will resolve the countless bugs in this mighty tool, and then everything will be fine. Oh, and, we've never garantueed anything but SD resolution, so we're going to delete your post in a couple of minutes from now."
