If you add output channels option will be better. It is encoding the audio with input channels. For example if Input audio has 2.1 cahannels output audio has 2.1 channels otomaticly. You can not change the channels.

Great and simple, with true multithreading support (unlike Mediacoder or others). For example, I can go through 4 AAC encodes at once on my machine. Only minor complaints: 1) the libraries are slightly out of date, e.g. qaac 2.64 instead of 2.67 but that's fine really, and 2) metadata does not carry over to transcodes. Would recommend: no frills, no problems, very straightforward, yet can be customized heavily.

Would be perfect 10/10 if it carried over existing metadata
