Its No Taiyo Yuden Produkt!!!. It is a bad Copy of the Original. But Burning at 4x the Qual is mostly good. Burning at 8x Speed is not recommended. PI-Sum 8 is very high. Printing Quality is allmost acceptable, but not glossy-quality

Performance is extremely poor when used with Philips DVDRW 228k: movies stop playing, disks containing files only have CRC errors, although burning seemed to go OK. This happened without exception.

Don't know if it's Taiyo or not. But I burn some and they work fine for the price (0.4732€), no trashed DVDs.
Burn Speed @ 8x, but capable of 16x w/ Nero and my DVD writer (I have to test it).
Good compatibility w/ my computer and DVD player.

This is not Taiyo Yuden manufacture. Used TY code to increase compatability on 8X burners. Discs made by Infosmart HK and the same as Hyundai Media DVD+R 8X and Budget DVD+R 8X which are ok. Good value for money, but I would go for the Budget as it's the exact same disc.

Does'nt burn quicker than 8x even though it's Taiyo Yuden. From what I've heard TY should be good quality discs, so it's strange that I could'nt burn them at at least 12x. I've burned just a few and they worked fine.
