Create a shortcut on the desktop. Drag your srt file and drop it on the shortcut. It will create a backup but will not inform what was changed.

Seems to work pretty well. After running a foreign language srt file through an online translator, the formating, as well as the translation :), was pretty mangled. SrtWiz fixed it at least well enough to open in Subtitle Workshop. The drag and drop feature didn't work for some reason, but by opening a command prompt and typing "srtwiz subname.srt" it did the job. Very handy, saved me hours of re-typing.
