	@ epsilonalpha: VfW applications like VirtualDub cannot use ffdshow or LAV Audio for direct AAC decoding, therefore an ACM interface is "mandatory". Posted October 01, 2011 by El Heggunte. 	HE-AAC is correctly identified and played for MKVs and FLVs in VirtualDub. For AVI files, HE-AAC still is played-back at half-speed. So the best option is, always use "normal" AAC streams in AVI files (OR remux these to MKVs, if the goal is to reencode them with VirtualDub). Posted March 23, 2011 by El Heggunte.
