The Hack posted by K Boy basically works with every number on the remote, you just need to press the button fast enough. If you use the 0(zero) key, you will briefly see a title/chapter selection menu, where you can enter the chapter/title you want to go to. You can get rid of the "wrong region" display by pressing th "P/N" key on the remote. All that remains is a kind of Stop-button sign on the top right side of the screen. Unfortunately the player seems to pretty much block all menu functions on the remote. May be somebody else can figure out how to get to the menus. | |||

I actually tried this with my Citizen JDVD3830A which uses the MediaTek MT1369 processor and it works fine and I can still use the menu. | |||

not all number works to bypass the region code block. on my dvd player I use number 3 to pass it and rest of the numbers don't work. | |||
