Description:	Tmpgenc is a MPEG video encoder, convert to MPEG1(VCD) and MPEG2 (SVCD, DVD) with several settings and filters. Also basic MPEG1/MPGE2 joining, splitting, demultiplexing and multiplexing. Freeware MPEG1(VCD) encoding but MPEG2 encoding is trialware(buy TMPGEnc Plus).
