HandBrake is one of the top 2 tools for H.264 encoding. For videos that need cropped, I use StaxRip. Otherwise, I use HandBrake. No, it does not encode to old, outdated non-HD codecs such as MPEG-2 or XviD, but who cares?! Yes, it requires .NET 2.0, but that is a silly thing to whine about. |
