sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn`t. sometimes it shows the ip address for devices and sometimes it says everything is offline even tho the device is on. went to nero help page and it was no help because there is no information on their help page about this problem. from other post about nero i don`t expect to much help from the online chat either. |
