A superb piece of software in every respects. A BIG pity its development is discontinued. Best transcoding/encoding tool I have ever used. I always use the Xvid 1.2.1 with it, as I find the compression quality and resultant file is always much higher than DivX 5.2.1 or Dix 6.x. Your choice really!
For files which can not be used as source eg H264 etc use newer and excellent AviREComp. Link for portable AutoGK 2.55 below.
