I haven't extensively used this, but converting a XviD 1.1.2 Final file w/ VBR audio to 3gp for a Motorola Razr V3 came out great. The controls are idiot-proof.
If you'd like to make this free application portable, go to http://www.portablefreeware.com/?sc=39 Extract the files from the executable to a folder, with an application like 7zip. www.7-zip.org.
It'd be nice if the author added profiles for non-portable devices. Then this thing would go up to 11. |
