The only tool I know for splitting program streams by cells. This operation is very useful for getting rid of garbage material (defacement with ratings and warnings, logos) if it has been encoded separately from the main video. Sometimes MPEG streams contain cells, which confuse demultiplexers by indicating that non-existant audio and video streams are present. VobEdit can get rid of them too in most cases.
It has been reported that hiding the progress bar behind the screen speeds up processing. I tend to agree. |
