Well, what I can say. Perfect for my needs. And the best - it's free!!
Before I was using Pinnacle Studio 10 for capturing but video longer than 60minutes always got out-of-sync at the end. It has never happened with winDV.
As long as you have some experience in editing videos and capturing dv it's VERY easy to use. If you're new to all this I suppose you can get confused, and the documentation is really weak. That's why I only gave it 8/10 in ease of use. But hey, it's freeware!!
