Bitrate Spike Control is awesome.
A great tool to smooth out videos.
Now I can recode my movies at a higher bitrate to play through the Philips 5960 USB port.
I can store tons of high quality videos at a decent filesize, instead of crushing them down to a substandard bitrate.
A small filesize is great, but if they are too compressed, it defeats the purpose.
