I too have a problem. I purchased directly from them ver 5. Program starts ok, but as soon as I click on capture, it starts initializing then crashes. It gives me the same error message. I emailed tech support several times. I never even got an answer. I tried it on two different computers. Same result. There tech support section on there website is a joke. The FAQ is mostly about serial number installation and general installation. Very little, if none concerning crashes, bugs, etc. BTW, I did upgrade using the patch. Still no luck. I did search of other forums concerning this product and it seems many people have a problem with this program. I would stay away from it. There are many other programs that do the same thing and more. Wish I was aware before I bought it. |
