If you want to convert to DIVX this is the tool to use.
It has converted everything I have ever thrown at it.
The best thing about it is the settings it picks are almost always good.
It has a batch mode so you can queue up files to convert over night.
The capture mode works but the quality is not as good as if you capture to Mpeg-2 and then convert to DIVX later (using ATI AIW 8500 P4 1.8Ghz).
Version 1.04 is a lot faster than version 1.03.
