Just a reminder after seeing the negative comments. This software is in pure beta form. All those who download it in its present form are in essence "agreeing" to be testers and acknowledge that it has kinks and bugs. Today is March 31, 2004. Take a look at the history above and you will see that it was released 2 weeks ago on March 14.
So, keep that in mind when reading the comments and agreeing to download. Those who have had success with the program (many have), it is said to be a great tool. If you do download it, don't forget to visit the doom9.org forums to report your bugs and experience in usage - this will help in Rebuilder developing into a top-notch tool.
