I had a problem with the program so I asked them for help. I was surprised to receive such negative attitude from there. There's about 4 or 5 groupies who all like each others posts when being talked down to by the forum moderator redfox1. I'm surprised that a so called "company" talks like that to it's customers. I wouldn't recommend this. Try something else. At least so far in the other support forums for other programs they offer help instead of calling someone stupid for reporting a problem like in the anystream forum. |
