Perfect to re-encode 2160p, specifically under NvENC, although there is a big missing regarding the BT2020 settings (--master-display, --max-cll, --chromaloc and other color matrix/primaries...).
More, NvEnc is able to manage HDR10+ data.
The options should at least be open to all those available in the NvEnc encoder, --encopts seems to do this, except that the possibilities are currently limited :(
It could be great to add these possibilities (perhaps simplest way unlike Hybrid, as this one has a complex GUI).
BTW, Hybrid is much faster than Handbrake (under NvEnc), also a bad point. |
