I use this nice video comparer tool around 2 years and bought the pro version.
It can compare whole directories and subdirectories with video files (mp4, wmv, m2ts, mkw and much more).
For me it is the best and fastest video comparer software for windows with multi cpu core support!
In the beginning I do not want to buy a software for comparing videos, but this software does it perfect.
It save the video files in a database to save time at the next scan. The first scan takes much time, if you use the best and pricesly settings. But the result is fantastic. A recorded travel movies from TV and it found many duplicate files in my archiv. The only thing this software does not compare is the audio stream! It checks the video picture only!
But in most cases the audio stream is not different and important. If I want further information about the audio track, then I use mediainfo or a video player software to check it, too. |
