I recently (today) needed to remove comet streaks, jaggies, grain, and a generally poor capture into something watchable. I could've used Avisynth as that is more native to me, however, Hybrid is so much easier. The editing possibilities are endless and Selur was extremely responsive with assistance. I highly recommend you use it and learn it. I'm going to be moving away from hand scripting in Synth and use Hybrid going forth, I don't have time to spend hours on my scripts only to find I left out a dot or a dash somewhere.
