Does anyone have an idea on how to preserve the original "Encode Date", via MediaInfo.exe, after remuxing? I am aware that ffmpeg is capable of doing it, but I prefer using MKVToolNix (mkvmerge.exe) because the .mkv output is much better regarding MediaInfo.exe information? Basically, is there a command such as "--preserve encode date" available for mkvmerge.exe? Moreover, to the creator of MKVToolNix, if you're reading this, thank you for creating this program because it has served me very well. |
