Before updating to 3.0.2, vlc 2.2.7 worked perfectly with any thing I tried. After updating 10 vlc 3.0.2 related packages, noting was working. VLC player wouldn't start at all. Spent 8+ hours to remove new version packages and manually install back 2.2.7-1 (amd64) packages, VLC 2.2.7 was finally back and working again. |
